In this week’s issue of The Rub we are launching a reader survey, the first one we have done for this publication. We celebrated our second anniversary earlier this month and we thought it was time to get some feedback. We hope you will complete the survey.
The electronic publishing format we use gives us feedback on open rates, clicks on stories and so on. We get a pretty good idea of our readers’ likes and dislikes. But we can always learn more and we are always trying to improve the product we produce. Help us do that.
We have made a number of changes to The Rub since we launched it in May 2017. From a fairly narrow focus on the equity and listed securities markets, we have broadened our coverage to write more about the property market, savings and credit products, estate planning, consumer finance and budgeting, tax and estate planning.
This week is a pretty representative effort, with stories on the outlook for residential property, a tax office blitz on small business, consumer rights in dealing with airlines, a court case over disputed will, new superannuation contribution rules, small cap equities and uranium stocks.
After two years, we have a pretty good sense of what our subscribers like to read but we know we can always do better. And that is what we hope your survey responses will help us do.
It will take just a few minutes to complete, all questions are optional, and you will go into the draw for a $500 travel voucher.
Thanks for taking part. Your feedback is important to us.
